Monday, 8 December, the Consultative Commission, appointed by Presidential Decree dated November 28, 2014 charged to "identify the most credible solution to the nation's eyes to solve the pre-elctoral crisis and to make appropriate recommendations to the Head of State," informs in a statement bearing the signatures of Dr. Reginald Boulos, Coordinator, Paul Evans, Rapporteur and Rony Mondestin, Secretary, that it had finalized within the prescribed period, its report, that will be presented shortly to the President of the Republic [probably Tuesday].

Since its installation on Monday, December 1, 2014, members of the Consultative Commission met with the President of the Republic, the Prime Minister, members of the Senate Bureau, the Presidents of political blocs and the Presidents of Commission of the Chamber of Deputies. It also had a meeting with the President and three councilors of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSPJ) and held working meetings with delegations of political parties, electoral advisers and representatives of organization of defense of human rights.

"The Commission report reflects the deep conviction of each of its members on the most important elements of a crisis solution," the statement said.
