Wednesday at the Hotel Montana, the Office of Management and Human Resources (OMRH), will launch the government portal for jobs in Haiti. A unifying project for the management of employment in the administrations of the Haitian state, created in the interest of transparency in order to allow citizens who want it, to apply for government jobs in which they feel competent and qualified. One more step towards accessibility to public employment, a first in Haiti.

The OMRH invites interested persons to place their CV on the site, to allow the OMRH to create a database where the leaders of government in various capacities, can draw as needed.

The OMRH wishes to point out that once the CV posted on www.emploi.gouv.ht the site administrator must validate it to make it visible to all.

7 major objectives pursued in the framework of this initiative :

• Provide greater visibility for positions of power in the Haitian administration ;

• Provide all Haitian administration skills essential for its proper functioning ;

• Make available to administration and all affiliated bodies a resume reservoir ;

• Allow state services to publish all their vacancies and tenders ;

• Linking positions available in the Haitian public service with candidates ;

• Allow potential candidates to post their CV on the website.

• Provide Haitian Diaspora a visibility on open positions in the Haitian public service.
