The Prime Minister, Evans Paul has decided to organize an administrative retreat this Saturday, January 31 and Sunday February 1, 2015 at Club Indigo, on the Côte des Arcadins in order first, "realign the mission and functions of each service to the priorities of the new government and create on other hand the harmony, coherence and synergy necessary within the institution."

According to the Communication Office of the Prime Minister "this retreat will also allow the head of government as well as his technical and administrative staff to work on the establishment of new mechanisms for the roadmap of President Michel Martelly that empower the Primature to exercise more effectively its role of leadership and coordination of government action necessary to provide effective responses to the expectations of the Haitian people."
