Haiti - Music : Concert of Follow Jah, at the French Institute

This Thursday as part of his "Jedi Mizik" the French Institute in Haiti, will vibrate to the sound of 'cornets' of Follow Jah, which created a specific directory for the stage, supported by six musicians (Batraville Ricardo, Biscinthe Jean, Cherillus Serge, Lamour Chilthon, Pascal Victor and Rejouis Lourdy) selected from the 17 members of the group.
This concert that is also part of the project "Men Rara ', supported by the FOKAL, aims to put the rara at the heart of cultural events. It stands out by an entertaining and educational approach of Rara, that Follow Jah explains in words and music for a new show. Follow Jah explores the possibilities of the genre by taking advantage of the capabilities of each of the six instrumentalists. Not to be missed !
Recall that since its inception in February 2001, the walking band Follow Jah, volves in Petion-ville at the Carnival and other community celebrations.
