Haiti - Tourism : Good news, 10,8% more tourists (2014)
According to data from the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), Haiti has continued its growth in the tourism sector in 2014. The country is currently developing its tourism potential and get back on the world map of tourism, has received a total of 465.174 stay visitors last year (excluding cruise passengers).

This represents an increase of 10.8% compared to 2013.

For its part, the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Industries, informs that "The growth of Haiti was strong in the high tourist season in 2014, with an increase of 24.7% over the same period in 2013. The country also saw an improvement of 5.2% over the summer.

Recall that in 2013 Haiti had already experienced a 17.9% improvement in the tourism sector.
