The first government council of consensus takes place this Thursday, February 12, 2015, to the Primature, under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Evans Paul, in order to strengthen and consolidate government cohesion, and seek to create harmony in the monitoring and implementation of the decisions taken in Council of Ministers.

"Driven by the culture of results and the ambition to embody the political renewal to which aspire our citizens, the government will focus, during this Council, on the urgent needs of the Haitian population, based on a common project that responds to the need for change, real and palpable, in all fields," indicates the Primature.

The government reiterates its commitment to strengthen democracy and advance towards greater transparency and dialogue in our society, and a rational reform of the functioning of the state and its institutions.
