Haiti - Carnival 2015 : A moving tribute to victims

Tuesday, President Michel Joseph Martelly, accompanied by the First Lady, Ms. Sophia Martelly, Prime Minister, Evans Paul and members of the Government, paid tribute to the victims of the tragic accident occurred at the Champ de Mars, in the night of Tuesday, during the second fat day of the National Carnival https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-13199-haiti-flash-carnival-2015-in-shock-at-least-15-victims-dozens-injured-update-12-28-pm.html
