Whereas since the accession to power of President Michel Martelly, the opposition continues to cry to corruption and opacity in the use of PetroCaribe funds and that the population wants to know the use made of nearly 1 billion of the Fund; a government report of 232 pages, whose we obtained a copy, presents in detail the results of all investments made in Haiti with PetroCaribe funds for the period from May 2011 to November 2014.

This report presents all public interventions undertaken by the administration Martelly/Lamothe, throughout the national territory. Tables, charts and photos of achievements, the report values the commitment to transparency and the accountability of PetroCaribe funds by the administration Martelly/Lamothe. A report that will allow everyone to know the use of this nearly a billion dollars of this fund too often criticized for lack of information.

This report is divided into four sections. The first presents the PetroCaribe funds, their mechanisms and a synoptic view of different resolutions for the period 2011 - 2014. Then are presented in the other three parties the the results of sectoral interventions in the three areas of development: territorial and economic; social; and institutional.
