Monday, Evans Paul in the presence among others of members of the Ministerial cabinet, government officials, executives, employees and technicians of the Primature, has proceeded with the installation of Me Josué Pierre Louis as the new Secretary-General of the Primature. He takes over from Lucien Francoeur, the outgoing Secretary-General

"Me Josué Pierre Louis is an integral part of the political life of Haiti [...] today in this position he will know how to get out of business. It has the necessary training and experience required to fulfill his task brilliantly [...] We fervently hope he succeeds and brings to the Prime Minister his knowledge and talent administrator. Good luck to the new Secretary-General of the Primature," dclared Prime Minister Paul.

Recall that in the ten last year, Josué Pierre Louis was Government Commissioner in the jurisdiction of Port-au-Prince, Director General of the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Justice, Secretary-General of the Presidency and Chargé d'Affaires of Haiti to Belgium, of the Netherlands and Luxembourg.
