Haiti - Security : The Youth Observatory Haitian sounds the alarm 09/03/2015 11:00:41 Among other cases, the Observatory quote : Sunday, January 4, Gavenson Joseph, a young man aged 20, was shot dead near his home in Petite Rivière de l'Artibonite. ; Friday, February 13, the young Emmanuel Sanon, was shot to the ruelle Nazon at the exit of a shopping center. The same day in the same circumstance, another young man was shot in Tabarre 27 ; Saturday, February 21 after the funeral of the victims of the carnival, Kinderson Edras (17) who was in the vicinity, was pummeled and arrested by agents of the Specialised unit of the National Palace Guard (USGPN) and placed in the National Penitentiary, accused of having assaulted the President of the Republic. A charge denied by human rights organizations ; Monday, February 23 Chedlet Guilloux a young student was pummeled by agents of the Superior Court of Auditors and Administrative Disputes (CSC/CA), because he was in the vicinity of a burning bus, belonging to the institution.
