Haiti - NOTICE : U.S. Immigrant and non-immigrant visas
Beginning March 13, 2015, if you are a visa applicant you must visit one of the three DHL locations listed below to drop off your passport for the visa renewal program, to pick up your passport with visa, or to drop off or pick up documents related to an immigrant visa application. These services will continue to be free of charge.

Location #1: DHL International Haiti S.A.; 17 Boulevard Toussaint Louverture, Port-au-Prince.

Location #2: DHL International Haiti S.A.; Rte Nationale #2 Diquini, Immeuble Delimart, Carrefour.

Location #3: DHL International Haiti S.A.; 164 Rue 5 A, Cap-Haitien.

Please note :

  • If you previously selected the Haiti Messager location in Cap Haitien, you must go to the DHL location in Cap Haitien at 164 Rue 5 A.
  • If you previously selected the Haiti Messager location in Jacmel, you must go to the DHL location at 17 Boulevard Toussaint Louverture in Port au Prince.
  • If you previously selected the Haiti Messager location in Port au Prince, Bois Verna, you must go to the DHL location at 17 Boulevard Toussaint Louverture.

As always, if you want to check the status of your passport once your visa has been approved, send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com and in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled, and you will receive an automatic response with the status.
