Wednesday, as part of the operation "Punch" against pretrial detention, launched on March 2 at the National Penitentiary https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-13297-haiti-justice-operation-punch.html , Pierre-Richard Casimir, the Minister of Justice and Public Security accompanied by the Ambassador of Canada in Haiti, Ms. Paula Caldwell St-Onge, visited the civil prison of Croix-des-Bouquets.
