Following the evaluation missions to the Departmental Electoral Offices (BED) and of Communal Electoral Offices (BEC) in different regions of the country, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), informs that administrative measures relating to disputed cases were adopted. After this evaluation and after discussions between the members of the CEP the conclusions are :

• The BED and BEC of South, Nippes and Northwest, are not the subject of any dispute;

• In the departments of North, Northeast, Artibonite, Grand 'Anse, West and Centre, several challenges have been confirmed and the CEP, consequently, decided to follow it, by performing the replacement of members of the BED and BEC concerned ;

• In the case of Southeast department, the whole process will be taken over

The resumption of the competition for the Southeast department that will lead to the establishment of decentralized bodies of CEP, that is to say, the BED and BEC, is provided as shown in the following schedule, to the school JM Henriquez, Worf 3, near the cemetery of Jacmel :

Applicants already registered, must have their National Identification Card (CIN) and their record of participants at the last competition; While the new registered will have to present themselves with the following documents: Cover letter (handwritten); Copy of the CIN; Copy of Fiscal Matricule Number (CIF); Curriculum vitae; Proof of residence, certificate of good life and morals; Copies of diplomas and copy of driver's license (if applicable). NB: A pen is mandatory and mobile phones are strictly prohibited.
