Haiti - Humanitarian : Laurent Lamothe will participate in a fundraiser for Haiti

LiveBeyond will host its fourth annual Nashville fundraiser on April 21 at Hutton Hotel. Former Haitian Prime Minster, Laurent Lamothe, is the keynote speaker and will discuss the state of maternal health in Haiti.

The goal of the event is to raise funds to build obstetrics and gynaecology facility on the LiveBeyond base in Thomazeau (Haiti), to provide women in this region with a safe place to deliver babies surrounded by a medical staff with life-saving skills. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go towards building an even more robust Maternal Health program in Thomazeau.

Dinner will begin at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Conference of Laurent Lamothe.

Tickets are available online at livebeyond.org/events or by calling the LiveBeyond office at (615) 460-8296 US $ 100 per person, $ 1,000 for a table of 10.

The event will be hosted at Hutton Hotel, 1808 West End Avenue, Nashville, Tenn.
