Haiti - Culture : Presentation of MUPANAH extension work
Monday, Michèle G. Frisch, Director General of the Haitian National Pantheon Museum (MUPANAH), accompanied by Louis Dubois, President of the Board of the Museum of Haitian Art and architect Daniel Elie, a former minister of culture and conservation specialist of cultural property provided an update on the museum expansion project and presented the execution plan of the redevelopment and expansion of the Museum.

These works include in particular the construction of an amphitheater, an amusement area for children, a conservation workshop and a shop for the museum. The inauguration is scheduled for May, 2015.



This press conference was organized as part of the 32nd anniversary of MUPANAH which coincides with the commemoration of the death of the precursor of the Independence of Haiti, Toussaint Louverture and his entry into the Haitian National Pantheon.

The conference ended with a tour of the sites.
