Haiti - Reconstruction : IHRC, debts, PAPDA denounces 06/10/2010 10:04:02
He believes that this commission is not able to respond to the crisis and denounced what he called "improper operation of the IHRC, an institution dominated by international financial institutions including the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and World Bank". He also denounced the "big statement" of certain countries and institutions that should have translated their generosity, whereas in reality they are often the effects of listing and ongoing manipulation of numbers.
