Haiti - Security : Máximo Delgado accuses Haiti of violating the truckers protection agreement

The Minister of the Dominican defense, said that Haitian trucks and drivers benefit from protection in the Dominican Republic and can travel safely, lamenting that this reciprocity is not applied in Haiti as provided in the agreement.
