The Head of Government reminded the first beneficiaries of this initiative, coming from several neighborhoods of the metropolitan area of Port-au-Prince, that he always comes a time when it is necessary to "Kite beton an, pou n koule beton pou Ayiti ka djanm."

The program includes three steps : training and obtaining a diploma in a trade, to ensure the future and the financial of youth in difficulty; awareness of the provisions of the Labour Code and civic and citizen responsibility; internships with local businesses for graduates.
