Upon arrival, the Secretary-General convened a meeting of ministers, ambassadors and Francophone Heads of Delegation, to reiterate them, including the need to make hear the voice of Francophone countries, whose many are facing many challenges, despite the great potential they have. "I'm here because we must all convince us (States, international organizations, civil society) that Education is not a priority among many, but THE priority of priorities, because investing in education means investing in development, investing in good governance, investing in safety and peace," she declared.
