Haiti - FLASH : Laurent Lamothe excluded from presidential race

On the night of Wednesday to Thursday, the National Office of Electoral Litigation (BCEN) delivered its verdict in the case of the 11 challenges for 9 presidential candidates https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14120-haiti-flash-11-appeal-before-the-bcen-list.html
The BCEN recommends to the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to exclude 5 candidates :
Laurent Lamothe, Josepha Gauthier, Thierry Mayard (for absence of discharge)
Simon Dieuseul Deras (for candidacy not in accordance with the Electoral Decree)
Anthony Benneth for non-compliance with the law (probably dual nationality)
4 candidates maintained : Jovenel Moise, Jacky Lumarque, Moise Jean Charles and Antoine Joseph
The US Embassy without explicitly mention the verdicts of BCEN, launched a warning to American nationals living in Haiti against possible disturbances that could occur on Thursday 11 and Friday, June 12, 2015.
