Wednesday, Evans Paul, proceeded to the installation of Edouard Jules as Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister in charge of social programs, and projects of Government, bringing to 21 the number of ministers and minister delegate of the Government Martelly-Paul.
The new Minister Jules, who thanked the President Martelly and Prime Minister for the confidence placed in him, has committed to evaluate, reframe, rationalize and improve the impact on the population of various social programs (which had been suspended for lack of funds, to improve them and make them operational) and monitoring of Government projects, in accordance with the road map that he was presented by Prime Minister Paul in agreement with the President Martelly.
