2/3 of the budget already available

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), informs that to date, the availability of funds for the elections in Haiti, is around 44 million US dollars from the contribution of several donors including the Government Haïtien ($13,825,609); the European Union ($6,793,478); the US Agency for International Development (USAID) ($11,500,000); Canada ($5,385,996); Japan ($4,500,000) and Brazil ($3,000,000). UNDP indicates that other commitments have already been made by donors and are waiting to be realized, specifying that the process still requires the mobilization of more than $ 21 million in the light of the electoral operations budget developed with the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).

A confirmation that is far from convincing Senator Jean-Baptiste Bien-Aimé, whodescribes as "Theatre Piece" the CEP efforts to organize the next polls. According to him, the elections will not take place because the entire amount announced are not available. He says that group of people [?] and the international community, are colluding to lead the country towards a provisional government.

NOTICE Change of voting center

"The Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) inform the general public, political parties, political groups, candidates and voters in particular, who want to change the voting center, because of a change of address, they can present to the Departmental Electoral Office (BED) and Communal Electoral Office (BEC), closest from their homes to make this change, from 1 to 8 July 2015, inclusive.

At the time of this operation, the person must be provided with its National Identification Card (CIN) or a certificate issued by the National Identification Office (ONI).

The CEP also recalls that every elector having been registered in the registry of the ONI, after 11 May 2015, could not vote in elections"

Monday Philipe Augustine, the Director of the Electoral Register reported that 70% of the ballots for the legislative were already printed in Dubai, these ballots concerning 4 departments: West, North-West, North-East and the Centre "[...] in the 15 days to come, all ballots will be sent to Haiti with other administrative material, as the minutes." Currently, the CEP puts the finishing touches on the electoral list and a check of voting centers is underway."
