This Sunday, August 2, Me Getheau Lindor candidate for deputy of Petit-Goâve under the banner of the "Konvansyon Inite Demokratik" (KID), announced on Radio Preference FM, that he officially withdraw from the electoral race and that he was withdrawing in favor of Me Frederic Beneche, deputy candidate under the banner "Renmen Ayiti" (#20).

"I am no longer a candidate for deputy of Petit-Goâve under the banner of KID. I decided to give up. I will soon write to the CEP to inform it of my decision. I support Me Frederic Beneche, deputy candidate of Petit-Goâve and I urge my supporters to vote for him on 9 August 2015 [...]

I consider he's extremely competent and meets all the qualities needed to be a good parliamentarian."
