The Provisional Electoral Council informs stakeholders of the electoral process in general and the population in particular it has set up for the election of 9 August 2015, an emergency unit to respond to anything that might hinder the smooth running of the election. The Council states, moreover, that the voters, the legal representatives of parties, political groups and candidates can refer to this emergency unit and submit their complaints on election day from 6:00 am, at : 28 17 03 24 / 28 17 03 25 / 28 17 03 26 / 28 17 03 27 / 28 17 03 28 / 28 17 03 29 PNH contacts for the 10 departments The population will be able if necessary, contact the National Police of Haiti (PNH) in the 10 departments at the following numbers : West : 3820 1111 ; South : 3804 3333 ; North West : 3805 8888 ; South East : 3805 7777 ; Centre 3806 6666 ; Artibonite : 3822 4444 ; North east : 3805 9999 ; Nippes : 3805 1010 ; Grand-Anse : 3806 5555 ; North : 3806 2222. The CEP HAITI Call Center operates at full capacity to inform the public about the centers and polling stations in view of elections on 9 August. To find out where to vote : 8828 NATCOM (SMS 8829) et 8830 DIGICEL (SMS) 8831 DIGICEL. The CEP has also launched a research tool. Simply enter your national identification number, and then copy the captcha code (garbled text) and click Search. The system will display your name, the address of the voting center, and office number. The Council, to resolve this issue, instructed the various Departmental Electoral Offices (BED) to produce themselves and deliver them to political parties that request it.
