Pierre-Richard Casimir, the Minister of Justice, confirmed on Sunday night he had asked the Government Commissioner at the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince to put the public action against Joseph Hébert Lucien, Head of Service, of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) in charge of the production of mandates, which according to the accusation brought by the President of CEP would have fled in possession of a lot of mandates that should have been distributed to political parties and equipment, accusations vigorously denied by the accused https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14798-haiti-elections-pierre-louis-opont-would-have-lied.html
