For her part, Marie Alta Jean Baptiste, Director of Civil Protection (DPC) does not underestimate the low pressure center and warned that "Remnants of Danny , could cause heavy rains and flooding by Wednesday"[especially in the South of Haiti]

Given the level of local vulnerability, Minister Henry, called the whole population to be vigilant.
