Haiti - NOTICE : Tribute and funeral of the National Ati Max Beauvoir

Wednesday, September 16, 2015, from 8:00 am a national tribute will be paid to the National Ati (Super Leader of the Haitian voodoo) François Max Gesner Beauvoir, on the occasion of his funeral, which will be held at the Kiosk Occide Jeanty, Champ de Mars.
After the ceremony, he will be buried in Mariani where is located his peristyle, founded by him in 1974.
The government will take this opportunity to award posthumously a decoration to François Max Gesner Beauvoir who was also a founding member of "Religions for Peace" and founding member of the Academy of Haitian Creole.
Recall that Max Beauvoir died Saturday, September 12, 2015, at his residence at the age of 79.
