The appeal of Opont against "Zokiki" found inadmissible

"Was declared inadmissible under section 3 of the Electoral Decree stating that the request of the President of the CEP should be accompanied by an authorization of five other members of the council," indicated Jean Renel Senatus.

The CEP has not paid its travels to Dubai
