Jude Célestin candidate for the presidency under the banner of "Alternative League for Progress and Haitian Emancipation" (LAPEH), promises change if elected. He claims that his government will give priority to job creation, rationalization of government expenditure and the fight against corruption.

He also promises to rebuild the Downtown Port-au-Prince differently, without giving further details, at the launch of his campaign in Croix-des-Bouquets, on what he means by "differently"...

Mr. Célestin also promises to launch major projects (no other details yet), create confidence and transform the country into a "State of duty"so that the Haitian people can reclaim their country.

On migration issues between Haiti and the Dominican Republic, Jude Célestin, think it is necessary to find formulas of harmonization between the two countries, adding that the Haitian government has responsibilities towards compatriots living in the Dominican Republic, noting that this complicated problem is an emergency.

Pending more information and development during his campaign...
