The Mexicans largely dominated the game throughout the encounter, multiplying passes and attacks giving more opportunity to score if it had not been the solid Haitian defense including goalkeeper Luis Valendi Odélus which avoid several shots. The Haitian selection seemed to have difficulty buildingstrategies even in the second half our players have been more offensive, they were not able to counter the winning goal from Raul Lopez (#8) to the 74' of the match nor to equalize the score for lack of cohesion in approaching the Mexican penalty area.
