Haiti - Elections : Desras officially throws in the towel 18/10/2015 10:27:41

Several point analyzes, evaluations were made and finally we say two things: first we withdraw from the October 25 process, secondly we decided to endorse the candidacy of Jude Célestin, which means that there will be a wedding of #31 and #47."
