In a statement, the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), as part of preparations of electionbs of October 25, 2015, recalls the warning addressed to political parties and groups, candidates and supporters, who participated in the rampages of voting centers and polling stations and all other reprehensible behavior, which had disrupted the electoral day on 9 August.

The Council, in its concern to prevent any recurrence of their supporters, lists the parties whose members and/or candidates had committed abuses during the election day of August 9, with the consequences that these actions have had on the vote. They are :

Artibonite : AAA, BOUCLIER, KID, PHTK, REPARENN ;

Centre : APLAH, KID, LAPEH, PHTK, RENMEN AYITI ;

Grand’Anse : BOUCLIER, KOREGA (Société Civile) ;

Nord : BOUCLIER, KONTRA PEP LA, LAPEH, PHTK, PITIT DESSALINES, PONT, PPN, VERITE ;

Ouest : APLAH, BOUCLIER, PHTK, VERITE ;

Nord-Ouest : PHTK, PONT, RESPE ;

Sud : FUSION, KID, PHTK, VERITE ;

Sud-Est : ADRENA.

The Council appeals to the patriotic spirit of those responsible of these political parties and groups, in order to raise their candidates and supporters to respect scrupulously the provisions of the Electoral Decree in force, while announcing that severe sanctions will be taken against all troublemakers during the next elections.
