Wednesday in an official note, Me Pierre-Richard Casimir, the Minister of Justice and Public Safety, on behalf of the Government informed the public that "all provisions, in terms of security, were taken to the proper conduct of the election day on Sunday 25 October."

The opportunity for the Minister Casimir to reiterated his call for impartiality, neutrality and zero tolerance "All judicial actors, deans, government commissioners, justices of peace and police officers, must always practice zero tolerance policy towards and against all, before, during and after th election day of October 25, 2015."

"The Minsitry of Justice took the opportunity to extend its warmest congratulations to the Superior Council of the Judiciary brandishing the threat of severe sanctions against any judge who would display a biased behavior and contrary to law, at the next election. Thus, together with them, the performance is declared, both in the parquet and in the courts of peace of all 18 jurisdictions of the country.
