The PNH routinely search all people wishing to enter a voting center. Carlo Estar candidate for deputy of "Ayiti an Aksyon" (AAA) and Jean Claude Charles supervisor, were arrested in Petite Desdunes (Artibonite), accused of having voted several times... This morning at 8:00 am, a long queue of voters was visible in front of the Lycée of Petion-ville, a better organization that the elections of August 9 was reported. In Carrefour 3, to the voting centre Lycée Louis Joseph Janvier, 3 people were arrested they had in their possession several mandates, while in the Centre of the Institution mixte Frère Froisset (Delmas) a person with a false mandate was also arrested. In Cap-Haitian for the moment voting operations are proceeding normally, many agents are present and a strong police presence. In Mirebalais voting operations have commenced, under heavy security at the voting centers, street patrols were also seen. At voting centre EFACAF, the situation was calm but few voters there. In Jacmel, with an hour delay the voting began and takes place so far without incident. The HNP is present to keep order.
