The Red Cross denied its involvement in the fraud

Jean Pierre Guiteau, the President of the Haitian Red Cross (HRC), denies the information of several leaders of political opposition parties, who claim that the ambulances were involved in electoral fraud on October 25, notably in the transportation of ballot boxes and ballots.
