Haiti - Elections : Civil society reveals a vast operation of electoral fraud planned
If for many, the elections of 25 October took place in the greatest calmand the many denounced fraud questioned, this is not the case of Civil Society that in a 52-page report, well documented, presented by the organizations : "Solidarite Fanm Ayisyen" (SOFA), the National Election Observation Council (CNO), the Haitian Council of Non State Actors (CONHANE) and the National Network Defence of Human Rights (RNDDH), affirms that the elections of 25 October 2015 was a vast operation of electoral fraud planned, involving the Government and the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP).

The report highlights frauds involving several political parties, whose some of them have influenced the vote on election day, while others have benefited from the complicity of electoral staff at the highest level to orchestrate a large-scale fraud "These massive fraud recorded in the election could not be achieved without the active participation of the CEP," said the report which indicates that the Electoral Council clearly favored political parties close to the government.

We invite you to share this report and you make your own opinion on the conduct of these elections :
