Haiti - Sports : Opening Ceremony of the School Games 2015-2016 21/11/2015 09:34:59

A parade composed of representatives of participating schools, an honorary body, of cheerleaders, marching band, dancers and acrobats preceded the football match between the Petionville National High School and the College Frères Saint Cyr in male category. World Champion Karate, Darline Jean Marie directed a show of Kyokushinkai of more than a dozen young practitioners of this sport. In the West department, the 2015-2016 school games will allow about 15,000 boys and girls to compete in seven disciplines: Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Athletics, Karate, Chess and Checkers.
