Verdict of BCEC of Petit-Goâve

On Tuesday, the Communal Electoral Office of Litigation (BCEC) of Petit-Goâve heard the challenge produced by Félix Salomon Jeune, candidate for Mayor of Petit-Goâve under the banner of the ASK, against Jean Samson Limongy, candidate for Mayor under the banner of PDCH which according to the announcement of the results of the municipal elections, won the victory.

After analyzing the request filed, the BCEC ruled inadmissible, both in substance and in form, the challenge filled by Félix Salomon for  insufficiency of documenyts and kept the results of the CEP. Limongy is indeed the elected mayor of Petit-Goâve. HL/ HaitiLibre / Guyto Mathieu (Correspondant Petit-Goâve)
