"The State University of Haiti cries once again the assassination of one of its employees. Mr. Sinçois Julisse, part of the Faculty of Sciences of the UEH, died after being shot several times in Martissant 2A Friday, November 20, 2015. The assassin still running the streets.

The UEH condemns this odious crime committed against Mr. Julisse, whose tragic death afflict a companion and many children.

The General Secretariat of the UEH, deeply affected by this murder, invites the relevant authorities of the State to take the necessary action to find and prosecute the perpetrator and any accomplices to this crime.

This Secretariat also asks, parents, friends and relatives of the deceased, to accept the sincere expression of its condolences."
