Recall that the second round of the election, scheduled December 27, 2015 will decide between two candidates Jovenel Moïse candidate under the banner of "Haitian Tèt Kale Party" (PHTK) having obtained in the first round 508,761 votes (32.76%) and Jude Célestin candidate under the banner of "Alternative League for the Progress and Haitian Emancipation" (LAPEH), 392,782 votes (25.29%)
