Haiti - Justice : More than 80 judges have already obtained the renewal of their mandates 09/12/2015 11:52:40
According to the Minister Casimir, this meeting allowed the new Bâtonnier to submit the concerns of lawyers of his bar on the functioning of the judiciary. He stressed the importance of synergy between the different actors of justice, including judges represented at the meeting by the President of CSPJ, the lawyers represented by the Bâtonnier and porsecutions that fall under the Ministry of Justice. The three authorities have committed to strengthen their relations and to contribute to the understanding among lawyers, judges and parquetiers. Stating that about twenty cases are currently being analyzed, bringing to 100 the number of magistrates who received the renewal of their mandates.
