Haiti - FLASH : Frauds, sanctions of the CEP, list of persons concerned

After deliberation on the report submitted by the Committee responsible for investigating on the cases of fraud and irregularities registered 25 October 2015, in which are involved Polling Stations Members (MBV), representatives and observers, the Provisional Electoral Council informs the general public, political parties and candidates in particular, that MBV offending are left out of the temporary staff. Their cases will be submitted in front of the judicial authorities for legal action. Furthermore, pursuant to sections 211 and 211.1 of the Electoral Decree, records of representatives and observers listed on recognized Minutes fraudulent, will be communicated to prosecution offices of different jurisdictions for prosecution.
