Haiti - Volleyball : Haiti won the Junior Championship of Caribbean Nations
Sunday the women's national volleyball selection under 18, on the Junior Championship of Caribbean Nations by beating Barbados, host of the competition, 3 sets to 0 (25-15, 25-9, 25-19).

Alongside this collective performance, 4 Volleyball players of the selection were honored for their talent :

Solaida Pierre (MVP [Maximum Performance Volleyball] and best attacker);
Djoulissa Mathe (Best blocker);
Marie-Juliete Bayol (Best opponent);
Kina Fenelus: (Best libero).

In a statement, Jimmy Albert, the Minister of Youth, Sports and Civic Action, who met the team, following this consecration present with pride "[...] its warmest congratulations to this youthful selection, composed mostly of volleyball players of the National School of Sport Talents (ENTS), who proudly represented our country by defeating all his opponents in the championship bringing 7 countries."

Albert The Minister took the opportunity to greet "the efforts of the leaders of the Haitian Volleyball Federation in order to develop the practice of discipline at school level across the country."

The winning team returned home Monday late afternoon.
