The Catholic Church wants a secular on the Commission
The presidential Commission of electoral evaluation created by decree dated Thursday 16 December, which should produce its report in three days, has still not been installed because of the reluctance of some sectors to validate the choice of their pre-designated representatives. For its part the Catholic Church wishes to be represented by a secular and not by Mgr. Patrick Aris.

The Commission could be installed this Tuesday
According to Prime Minister Evans Paul, the Electoral Commission of Evaluation will be installed this Tuesday, confirming that an agreement was found with the persons appointed to be part of this structure.

The CEP confirmed to be ready, but postponed
At a press conference yesterday Monday, Mr Roudy Stanley Penn, spokesman of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP), said that the institution is ready for the second round of the presidential election scheduled for December 27, however, he said wait for a correspondence from the Executive for this purpose.
