Haiti - FLASH : The Grenadiers qualified for the Copa America Centenario !

Friday, efeating Trinidad & Tobago [1-0] at Rommel Fernandez Stadium in Panama City, the Grenadiers have qualified for the Copa America special of Centenary of the older inter-nation competition in the world.

Following a diversion of the attacker Kervens Fils Belfort (1460 Trabzon Sport/ Turquie) who deceived the goalkeeper of Trinidad Jan Michael Williams, Pascal Milien (Armada FC / USA) from a pass by Sebastian Thurière (Charleston Battery / USA), scored the winning goal to the 84', his first goal in senior selection.

A precious goal that allows Haitian selection, to be present on the continental stage in June, in this Copa America Centenario.

It is also a great start for the new French coach Patrice Neveu, newly hired by the Haitian Football Federation, who led this Friday, his first official meeting with the Grenadiers. Note that Patrice Neveu made a winning coaching, by bringing on the lawn Pascal Milien and Sébastien Thurière who were on the bench.

"Congratulations to the Grenadiers who obtained tonight their qualification for the Copa America Centenario‬. Grenadye Alaso‬ !" declared President Martellyafter the match.
