According Gérald Germain, political advisor and campaign leader of Jude Célestin the G-8 gathers a set of presidential candidates who have a common global position, but there are nuances. He recalled that Jude Célestin is the qualified candidate for the second round, noting that he is part of the G-8, "but with nuances..."

The Conference of Bishops willing to replace its representative to the CEP
In a note, Cardinal Chibly Langlois, President of the Catholic Bishops' Conference of Haiti (CEH) said he took note "of the decision of Dr Ricardo Augustin establishing his resignation as a member of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to resign from his electoral advisor position." https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-16264-haiti-news-electoral-zapping.html

Friday, "Fanm Yo La" the Haitian Collective for the political participation of women, wrote one again to Yolette Mengual, its representative on the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) recommending her to release of her responsibilities within the CEP in order to devote fully to bring justice to finally shed light on corruption allegations against her, to restore the truth and to keep the population informed of the progress of the judicial investigation .

Vijonet Démero innocent of the charges of Desras
Friday, Pastor Sylvain Exantus of the Protestant Federation of Haiti revealed that the investigation initiated by the Federation Ethics Committee, together with other bodies, including the National Defence Network of Human Rights (RNDDH) , has concluded that Vijonet Démero representative of the Protestant sector within the CEP, charged with corruption by former Senator Simon Desras Dieuseul, is not directly concerned by these allegations and no charges were brought against him.
