In a memorandum signed by Wilson Laleau, Minister of Economy and Finance, addressed to the Directorate General of Budget, to the General Directorate of the Treasury and public accounting concerning the monthly pay of electoral advisers, the Minister Laleau wrote "The Ministry of Economy and Finance presents its compliments to the Directorate General of Budget and the Directorate General of the Treasury and of the Public Accounting and asks them to take necessary arrangements from the availability of the current fiscal year budget for the salaries of electoral advisers is adjusted to 240,000.00 gourdes (two hundred and forty thousand gourdes). This provision takes effect as of October 2015."
