Because of my deep convictions and fully aware of the extent of my missions, I can not be an accomplice of elections marred by credibility deficit which necessarily will lead to political instability and installation of illegitimate leaders. I took the time to take this decision, thinking that reason would eventually take over the absurd ; unfortunately, despite my multitudes positions and those of institutions or citizens by pulling the alarm, the Cep and you continue to persist in violation of the most basic political rights. Now today, this political choice leads to a crisis that could have been avoided, whose the outcome is uncertain.
