In a note, Charles XX Estimé, the young Minister of Human Rights and Rosemina Pierrin Noël, the young Minister for Women of the Youth Government of Haiti (GJH), say they are "deeply outraged by the degrading and bewildering turns that take some carnival songs [...] against of personalities of Haitian society victims of salacious, immoral and uncouth words [...]

The GJH condemns in the strongest terms any attempt of some artists and music groups amed at undermining the integrity and dignity of the country and exemplary personalities and denigration of women.

[...] The Youth Government of Haiti, calls on respect for the dignity and integrity of the person while inviting artists and music groups to ban the carnival songs the remarks and indecent behavior [...] Moral values can not be vilified even in crisis situations or most obvious jubilation."
