Haiti - Politic : Limits of the mandate of provisional President 15/02/2016 10:44:31 to complete the legislative, municipal and engage communities and especially to provide the country within a period not exceeding 120 days, of a legitimate president elected through free elections, honest, credible, free of all traffic of influences and any manipulations from the streets." To this end he mentions "the formation of a provisional CEP composed of personalities inspiring confidence that, after the implementation of the technical recommendations of the Presidential Commission will complete in complete independence the presidential, legislative and local elections," and finally, in concert with Parliament: give the country a government of consensus "[...] Led by a Prime Minister honest, competent, dynamic, to which will be associated a maximum of 15 Ministers and three Secretaries of State from politicians and/or civil society." The Deputy Bodeau warns President Privert "against any attempt to appropriate the state apparatus and its use for witch hunt and abusive dismissal of employees of the public service. So he invited the chief executive to be president of all Haitians and to being only the defender of people's interests and those of the common homeland," and reminds the provisional President that his mandate "is related to a transitional framework and to a fundamentally electoral mission; that he can not or will not commit the state under international agreements simplified or even solemn."
